Banana Bread

1 cup flour (all purpose)
1 cup sugar (granulated)
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 small bananas or 2 large - use more if preferred
½ cup butter (melted) - save some butter for the pan
cinnamon to taste
(optional) nuts (pecans or walnuts)

     Preheat oven to 350°. Smash bananas, add beaten eggs, melted butter and sugar and cinnamon. Then add dry ingredients.
Cook for about 40 minutes depending on the type of oven you have. (Convection or standard).
