Mixed Greens with Dried Cranberries and Toasted Pecans ½ cup pecans 4 cups romaine or mesclun salad ½ cup julienne red onion 1/3 cup lemon soy dressing 4 Tbs. dried cranberries 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toast pecans in shallow pan until they begin to get fragrant about 5 to 7 minutes. Let cool completely 2. Combine lettuce,mesclun, onion in salad bowl Pour dressing and toss well.
