Penne Pasta with Yellow Fin Tuna

1 oz olive oil
6 oz center cut yellow fin tuna
10 oz lemon pepper spice
1 Tbs. peeled garlic
1 Tbs. fresh basil chifonade
1 oz chablis or any white wine u many have
4 oz heavy cream
1 oz parmasean cheese shreded
½ oz sundried tomatoes
1 oz feta cheese
½ bunch brocolli (blanch)
1 diced plum tomato
fresh crushed pepper
6 oz penne pasta

1. heat saute pan over high heat. Lightly dredged tuna over lemon pepper.
2. Pan sear quickly, 1 min to each side. medium rare and transfer to plate
3. Remove tuna from pan. Add garlic,basil, wine to pan. reduce for 30
seconds. Add cream and parm,sundried tomatoes,pasta brocolli florets. Cook
for 2 minutes until pasta is hot.
4. Put pasta on a plate. placed sear tuna on top. Sprinkle with feta and garnished with brocolli florets and dice tomatoes.
