Good Looks For A Price Now that summer is finally here, one of the fist things that comes to mind is, I have to look good for the summer. For some of us this includes getting a nice tan. There are basically four ways to get a tan, whether real or fake. The first and most common are tanning in the sun. Sounds great right? The nice feeling of the sun can make you feel all nice and toasty, but can leave you with wrinkles on your face if you get too much sun. So make sure you apply SPF 15 or 30, and especially around your eyes. But remember it all depends on your skin tone. Make sure to avoid the sun during 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., which has the most intense UVA rays. If you don't protect yourself, you may end up with crows' feet around eyes. The second method is tanning in a salon. This is a faster and more dangerous way to tan, yet it is big in many cities. Also the exposure makes you more susceptible to cancer and aging. In a tanning salon you can tan everything in the privacy of your own private room. So for those who have their whole body tanned, except there private regions, here's your chance to a full body tan! Also known as fake and bake, you can control how dark your tan gets, but be careful. I have seen some people who stay in for too long under the tanning bed and slightly burn themselves all over. What's worse than being too pale? How about looking like a lobster in the winter. Page 2 |
