     If you still insist on subscribing to a magazine – why not subscribe to a magazine that focuses on keeping your body healthy; a magazine that offers tips on how to maintain a stress-free lifestyle, healthy cooking and an over-all healthy living. Instead of subscribing to different magazines, another good tip I think is to browse magazine stands, or bookstores every so often to find a magazine that offers something new; or something that you feel is good for your body. Buying single issues can cost a lot of money, but so is subscribing to a dozen of them and not reading half of what you’re paying for. But again, that’s a personal tip from me to you.

    Which brings me back to my first point – instead of jumping on the next big propaganda, you need to find something that’s fit for you. It’s like buying clothes – all clothing items come in many different sizes; and sometimes, what looks good on one person may not look good on the next. So like clothes, if it doesn’t look good on you, why buy it?! So – find something that fits and stick to it, especially if it proves to work wonders!

    I am not going to tell you how to lose weight, or how fast and easy it will take to lose weight. This article is intended to help you along in your process; to avoid pitfalls that many of your predecessors have fallen into. It takes time and effort. Losing weight is very similar to a baby’s first step. You may fall many times, but you have to get back up and try again. There’s no simple solution, if anyone tells you different – they’re more than likely, LYING to you to get your money. It isn’t healthy to lose 30lbs in 30 days like many ads promise. It is only healthy when you eat healthy, and lose moderately.
