    First, you need to learn to love yourself. Love who you are inside and you’ll see that what’s inside will surface to a beautiful you. You “need” to “want” to lose weight for yourself; otherwise, losing weight will be harder. I know you probably hear too often that you shouldn’t lose weight to please others, and that’s very true. Focus on yourself; love yourself; and treat yourself to the best because you deserve the best.

    My mother always told me that instead of focusing on others, focus on yourself. Don’t care what others are doing, or what they’re saying about you. People only talk about others because they are probably insecure about themselves; and more than likely, they don’t want to see you succeed. Why care what others are doing? And, if they do talk about you, why bother to care? If you focus on yourself and what you are doing, you’ll get the task done faster and easier. Prime example – I was told that race horses wear those shutters around their eyes so that they cannot see what the other horses are doing – and they focus on the finish line and run faster. My suggestion to you is fabricate invisible shutters around your own eyes, and finish your race like there’s no one else competing with you.
