PlanetPlugged: What interested you in modeling and when did you start? Were you discovered or did you decide to go at it on your own? Desiree: A family friend asked me to audition for an open call casting for Bellsouth. They needed a model for their 2002 Company annual report. I beat out a former "Miss Argentina" to get the job and afterwards figured I would give modeling a try for a while and see where it goes. PlanetPlugged: What do plan to get out of your modeling career? Desiree: A path to my future. We all know I cannot be a model forever. Although there are some woman that are definitely giving it a shot. PlanetPlugged: Describe a time when you used your intuition to good result in support of a project. Desiree: Sometimes you just need to trust your instincts. I once arrived to do a TFP shoot and just did not feel right about the photographer so I told him I was not feeling well and we should reschedule. About a month later I heard from another model that he got her drunk and took advantage of her by taking pictures she would have not normally agreed to. What a scum bag. PlanetPlugged: Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Desiree: A family, 2.2 kids, a dog, a minivan and a white picket fence. LOL Page 2 |
